Returns & Refunds

1. RETURN PERIOD
We provide a 30-day return period during which customers can return their package without giving a reason. The 30-day period starts from the day the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent within this period.

If the return is due to the consumer, the consumer must bear the shipping costs. This charge should be based on the express company you choose.
If, for our reasons, the received products are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to pay the shipping costs for this reason.


2. RETURN CONDITIONS
All products must be returned intact, unworn, unwashed, and in a condition suitable for resale, with all original tags attached.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late Returns: Returns exceeding the 30-day period will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns for underwear or socks.


3. REFUNDS
We offer refunds only to the original payment method. Refunds are not issued via gift cards or store credit.

Refund to Original Payment Method:
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse.

Once the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the credit to appear in your bank account.


4. EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please place a new order.


5. CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it is immediately processed in our warehouse.


6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at Sevra@gmail.com. Our team will assess the issue and provide the best possible solution.


7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Returns are at your own expense, and the cost depends on the courier company and the country of return.

We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes on returned products.

Keep the shipping receipt until the return process is completed. We cannot assist in case of loss without tracking information.


8. RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Returns are processed within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

You will receive an email notification once the refund is completed.
