Estimated Delivery Times
Náš cieľ je doručiť vašu objednávku do 3–7 pracovných dní, v závislosti od vašej polohy. Dodacie lehoty sa môžu líšiť v dôsledku colných postupov, oneskorení zo strany miestnych dopravcov alebo iných nepredvídaných okolností.

Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link.

Business Days: Shipments are made Monday through Friday only (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Delays & High Order Volume
NOTICE: Due to extremely high order volume, shipping times may be delayed by 2–3 days beyond the estimated timeframe. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during this period.

Note: During sales or peak demand periods, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
Once your order is completed, it cannot be canceled or modified as it has already entered the processing stage.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged during transport, please contact us within 5 business days at info@kallistaathens.gr with photos of the damage, and we will assist you.
